Resources & Funding
The hardest part of getting therapy shouldn't be paying for it.
ABA can be life-changing, but the funding maze keeps too many families from accessing it. Below is how we help families navigate it — and the resources we share most often.

How funding works (most common paths)
Private insurance.
Most major plans cover ABA when prescribed by a licensed clinician. We verify benefits before you commit to a program.
School district funding.
In some districts, ABA hours can be written into a child's IEP. We coordinate with school teams when appropriate.
Private pay.
Some families choose to private-pay for flexibility. We offer transparent rates and sliding-scale options where we can.
Scholarship funding.
Grant and scholarship programs can cover ABA therapy, and many don't require a diagnosis. Some have income guidelines and some don't — we always encourage families to apply so your child has access to every resource available.
What we do for you
- Verify your insurance benefits before any commitment
- Submit claims and handle most billing back-and-forth
- Walk you through your specific plan's prior-authorization process
- Connect you with scholarship and grant programs when insurance falls short
